Welch Allyn offers an assortment of replacement parts to keep product operating to its original specifications. The service parts list will be the authority for prices and part numbers. All part numbers and prices are subject to change without notice. All parts carry a 90-day warranty for functional defects. Due to ESD, circuit boards, displays and electronic components are non-returnable and non-refundable. A 15 percent restocking fee is applicable for all other parts returns.
Parts and Repairs
Welch Allyn can supply replacement and exchange parts to keep your equipment operating to the original specifications. All replacement parts are factory-specified parts configured either as service kits or as individual replacement parts. Replacement instructions for most parts are provided in the product service manual.
To order parts in the United States — Contact us at one of the numbers listed in the sidebar to the right. We can provide prices and immediate parts ordering and respond to your repair requests. NOTE: Our minimum order is $100. Any order less than that amount will include a handling fee of $10.
Returning Devices for Repair (Return Material Authorization [RMA])
To ensure the proper handling and return of all customers’ items, all packages containing customer items and returned to Welch Allyn for service must be identified with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number obtained in advance. Shipments without an RMA number must regretfully be returned the return address of record on the carton without processing.
Given the usage of medical equipment, customers are encouraged to clean all products prior to return, such that these returned items are not considered a bio-hazard in accordance to postal regulations. Unfortunately, in the very rare event where products are received and are contaminated beyond Welch Allyn’s ability to safely perform repairs, or be safely returned in accordance to postal regulations, the item must be photographed and safely discarded, with customer notification. The customer’s service report will detail that the unit was contaminated beyond our ability to safely process or return. The photograph or image will be attached to the service report and filed.
